Shawn Presson has written software, led systems projects, and guided organizations in improving their way of working. After 30 years in the IT industry, his primary driver is that he loves to remove impediments, hating to see good people set up to fail. Not a purist around any given tool set, Shawn works with agile methods and conventional models based on imperical evidence of what works for a given organization.
Shawn holds a Project Management Professional® (PMP) certificate, is a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC4), Certified Scrum Master® (CSM), an IC Agile® Professional, and is a certified instructor of the official Introduction to the CMMI® for Development course.
Shawn has trained hundreds of students in sytems and process courses. Along with SAFe® and CMMI® standard courses, he has written and delivered numerous classes and speeches on agile methods, systems engineering, and CMMI®.

Edmond has 30 years of experience in information technology and telecom industry, taken up different management roles. Since 2003, Processis (www.processis.org) (co-found by Edmond) has focused in assisting IT companies in China and Hong Kong to improve their processes and quality, using CMMI models, Six sigma and Agile Project Management methodologies. Processis has provided training / consulting / appraisal services to more than 100 companies.
Edmond has conducted more than 800 training classes since 2003 in software quality, and project management. Processis has been a Global Registered Education Provider of PMI since 2007. Edmond also served as a visiting lecturer of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, teaching the undergraduates Project Management.
Specialties: Many process improvement initiatives in organizations are not sustained. The main challenge is to change the people’s attitude, habit and organizational culture. Edmond's current focus is to help the management to address this ‘soft’ challenge. Edmond is one of the very few certified Chinese CMMI High Maturity Lead Appraisers. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, CMMI certified instructor and a chartered engineer.
Brian Gallant's IT career spans fifty years, and includes work in myriad public and private domain organizations. Brian was a key contributor to the Acquisition CMM, and has been a Principal Consultant, Lead Evaluator and trainer for ISPI since 1996.
