Allocating Scrum Master Commitment

The Scrum Master role is still frequently misunderstood. The above graphic is a refinement of an earlier post, showing generally good practice for allotting enough time to sufficiently skilled people.  Keep in mind that larger projects under certain constraints may not be suitable for Scrum at all.
